| A DBA would manage the design, implementation and maintenance of the PeopleSoft or Oracle HR database structure, including product development support, upgrade support, ongoing maintenance support, tuning and performance optimization. They would leverage knowledge of the database tools and concepts, along with knowledge of PeopleSoft's or Oracle's specific database architecture to support development and production team environments. They would be expected to recommend database solutions, SQL code and database policy and procedures to project teams |
