Job Openings Technical Positions Technical Team Lead A Technical Team Lead manages small groups of people, usually in one technical area, such as reports and interfaces, but could include an entire technical team of up to 5 people. They would be able to organize tasks and assign appropriate resources to ensure proper task and project completion. They would be knowledgeable in project management techniques and with project management tools, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Project. They would have a good working knowledge of PeopleSoft or Oracle and a broad understanding of the technical tools used by the development team.
