Workplan Manager
A Workplan Manager has experience leading groups of 5-15 people and is able to organize tasks and assign appropriate resources to properly complete tasks and the project. They would be knowledgeable in project management techniques and project management tools, including extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel. They would be required to have extensive experience with relevant PeopleSoft or Oracle modules and a general understanding of the technical tools used by the development team. The Workplan Manager would be able to conduct team meetings, resolve issues, manage scope, and coordinate project activities with other related projects' management. They would possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. They would be experienced in project budgeting and executive status reporting.
