A Project Director is able to manage and coordinate the work of multiple Project Managers, and would oversee a total staff exceeding 25 people. They would be experienced in PeopleSoft or Oracle implementations, upgrades, conversions and add-on work, such as service centers, outsourcing, self-service, etc. The Project Director oversees the planning and direction setting of multiple projects and is ultimately responsible for the quality of the deliverables from each of the projects.
