On Thursday, November 18, 2004, the Cleveland Chapter of the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) will present a program titled "HR Business Process Outsourcing:  From Transactional to Transformational."  The program will feature Lynn Morgan, Global Sales Manager for Automatic Data Processing.

HR Outsourcing is expanding and evolving at a phenomenal pace.  Every day there are new developments in the business news - new vendors and alliances created, new products and services offered, and all the hype around off-shoring.  Outsourcing is the New Big Thing, and human resource outsourcing has captured the attention of today's business managers.  But, how does one make sense of it all?  What works and what doesn't work?  What is the market doing and why?  Our program will address these issues and more!
