A national Financial Services company (PeopleSoft v5, v8.8)

      PeopleSoft HRMS v8.8 Payroll Conversion

  • Currently managing the overall design, development and testing for a Payroll conversion from GEAC (mainframe system) to PeopleSoft's v8.8 Payroll, including the e-Pay module
  • Simultaneously managing the analysis / possible upgrade of Kronos Time & Attendance system, v4.1 to v4.3, for a pilot employee population
  • Managing the implementation of an enhanced payroll interface to PeopleSoft's Payroll and the implementation of Kronos' accrual functionality, along with the full corporate deployment of Time & Attendance

      PeopleSoft HRMS v7.5 to v8.8 Upgrade

  • Managed the testing efforts for the upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMS v7.5 to v8.8.  Modules upgraded include:  HR, Benefits Administration, Applicant Tracking and Payroll (GEAC) interfaces
  • Replaced existing Edify self-service functionality with PeopleSoft's employee and manager self-service modules, including e-Profile, e-Compensation and e-Recruit
  • Tested the implementation of new technology including Integration Broker, Mohomine for e-Recruit, Enterprise Portal and PeopleSoft bridge to Authoria content management software

     PeopleSoft HRMS v5 Implementation

  • Managed the overall implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS v5, including HR, Benefits Administration, Workflow, Applicant Tracking and Payroll Interface
  • Designed and implemented custom employee and managerial self-service transaction processing systems using Edify (web design) and IVR tools
  • Implemented Restrac for resume scanning and applicant tracking
  • Managed the HR process re-design and re-engineering project effort 
  • Oversaw the technical architecture design and deployment of PCs and servers, including remote dial-in capability

  • Managed the replacement of the ABRA HR software with Oracle HRMS 11i software
